He accomplished this by heading the newly formed Human Capital Management divisions and training support functions.  He was responsible for groups of 450 employees on four continents and facilitated two large-scale mergers and acquisitions. In his off time, he bought and sold several businesses with his venture capital partners. He continues today to hold majority ownership positions in small incubator companies. After retiring at 40 to pursue his interest in the financial markets and trading, he became a professional trader in 2003. Finding a way to combine his professional achievements with his trading achievements, Vince started Online Trading Academy - Texas in 2005.  In late 2009, Vince decided to focus full time on educating through his radio program and helping others increase their financial education and gain financial freedom using the best of what the market has to offer.
